Applications/renewals from stock suppliers, system vendors and service providers for the TEiLA scheme will be assessed against 3 possible levels of award: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Applications/renewals from libraries (both public and academic) will not be assessed on a tiered basis and will continue to simply either pass or fail accreditation.

For Systems Vendors and Service Providers:
