BIC Member organisations

Fully paid-up BIC member organisations are eligible to participate in any BIC project that may be of interest. Participation is free as part of BIC’s member benefits.

Ahead of any project starting, BIC will issue a “Call for Volunteers” to its main mailing list and to its committee members and other BIC groups if/as applicable. Equally, members may simply see a project of interest on our website in which case they can contact info@bic.org.uk to enquire about participation.

Project participants are asked to attend all meetings where possible and to actively contribute their expertise.

For some projects they may also be asked to meet with the project consultant ahead of participating/the meeting start date.

Non-Member Organisations

If you are from an organisation this is not a BIC member, you may still be able to participate in BIC’s projects.

Project participation is free for all BIC Members as part of their member benefits. For non-member organisations this attracts a Project Participation Fee which is payable before participation can commence, and the Terms and Conditions below will need to be signed in advance.

If you are interested in having your organisation represented on/contributing to one or more of our projects please contact our Executive Director via info@bic.org  in the first instance stating which project you’re interested in and why, and what your organisation and the representative you have in mind will bring to the project. Our Executive Director will then guide you through the process of application.

Please first familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions for the Project Fee (which also details the Project Fee rate) below:
